John is Group Legal Counsel for the K3 Advisory Group, where he is responsible for overseeing legal matters across the Group’s professional services businesses. He supports the leadership team on legal strategy, risk management and regulatory matters, as well as advising on commercial contracts, acquisitions and wider group governance.
John has over 12 years’ experience as a commercial lawyer, having worked across private practice, in-house roles and legal managed services. Prior to joining K3 Advisory Group, he held positions at PwC, Mills & Reeve and EY Riverview Law, advising businesses on complex commercial, technology and regulatory matters.
