Khurshid specialises in all aspects of corporate legal work advising owner managers, entrepreneurs, private and public companies, private equity funds, family offices and other bodies, in the UK and internationally, on business sales, acquisitions and investments. Additional experience includes joint ventures, reorganisations, demergers, share buy backs, share capital reductions, employee ownership trusts, partnerships, flotations, takeovers, funds, debt instruments, security documents and corporate governance.
Before founding K3 Law, Khurshid spent 25 years with two large national top 50 law firms. He was a Corporate Partner at Gateley Plc for 14 years and a Corporate Lawyer (including training) for the previous 11 years with Halliwells (acquired by Gateley in 2010).
Sector experience includes manufacturing, technology and digital, telecommunications, healthcare, energy and utilities, retail, creative, transport, food, hospitality, education, real estate, financial and professional services. Overseas transactional experience includes Europe, USA, Asia, Africa and Middle East.
Khurshid was ranked second most active legal adviser in the UK North-West (Experian MarketIQ 2017) and recommended as ‘brilliant’ (Legal 500 UK, 2017).
