Poppy joined K3 Law having previously worked at Gateley Legal and Shoosmiths. Having worked in law for over 10 years, Poppy advises on all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, public companies, and restructurings.
Whilst at Shoosmiths, she advised on the acquisition and delisting of French Connection Group Limited and the MBO takeover, by way of scheme of arrangement, of Rotala Plc. During this time, she also undertook two acquisitions of LLP entities for Evelyn Partners.
At Gateley, amongst other transactions, Poppy advised on the initial private equity investment into and bolt-on acquisitions of Independent Wealth Planners UK Limited.
