ADNS

Overview 

ADNS is an IT managed service provider supporting predominantly SME clients across sectors including business services, healthcare and education. The company provides end-to-end IT services, acting as an outsourced IT function and help desk for organisations requiring reliable technical support. 

Having built the business over several years, the shareholders reached a point where they needed to secure investment that would allow them to support the next phase of growth. KBS Corporate introduced the opportunity to market, with K3 Law advising on the legal process through to completion.  

Challenge 

For ADNS, the transaction involved navigating an unfamiliar and complex legal process. The shareholders needed specialist support to understand their options. 

We don’t have the legal expertise required to map through what we now know to be quite a minefield when it comes to these types of transactions.

Solution

Outcome 

The transaction completed successfully. 

For the client, the deal created a renewed sense of energy and purpose, with the opportunity to help build the business into a national operation while removing some of the pressures associated with independent ownership. 

I’m actually staying within what I’m doing with now a mindset of helping this business become a national business.
