Overview

Low Energy Services is a Glasgow-based provider of commercial solar installations and battery storage systems, founded in 2018 by Jason Lowey. In a relatively short period, the business established a strong reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, supporting organisations looking to reduce energy costs and improve sustainability.

Having achieved significant growth, Jason made the decision to explore a sale of the business, ultimately securing a transaction with Good Energy Group. KBS Corporate led the deal, with K3 Law advising on the legal process through to completion.
