MSP and Telecoms provider

Overview 

London based MSP and telecoms provider is a managed service provider delivering IT support, telephony services, licence management and connectivity solutions to businesses across a range of sectors. Operating through its trading company, the business provides end-to-end technology support services for its clients.

The shareholders engaged Knight Corporate Finance in relation to the sale of the business, with K3 Law appointed to advise on the legal aspects of the transaction through to successful completion.

Challenge 

As with many owner-managed businesses, the shareholders had limited prior experience of complex legal transactions and required specialist support to navigate the sale process efficiently and with minimal disruption.

A key challenge was managing the volume of legal documentation and ensuring communication between advisers, solicitors and the buyer remained harmonious and coordinated throughout the transaction.

Outcome
