K3 Law advises Ambico Services on sale to Dynamic Networks

K3 Law has provided legal support to Ambico Services on its sale to Dynamic Networks, supporting the business and its shareholders throughout the transaction.

Based in Leeds, Ambico provides electronic security and life safety solutions, specialising in the design, installation and maintenance of systems including fire alarms, CCTV, access control and intruder alarms.

The business has developed a strong reputation for its technical expertise and customer-focused service, supporting clients across a range of sectors.

K3 Law worked alongside Ambico and its wider advisory team throughout the sale process, providing legal support through to completion.

Joining Dynamic Networks

The acquisition sees Ambico become part of Dynamic Networks, a Leeds-based provider of managed IT, connectivity and security services.

The transaction brings together two businesses with complementary capabilities, strengthening Dynamic Networks’ physical security offering while providing Ambico with the opportunity to build on its established expertise as part of a wider group.
