K3 Law advises Channel Fire on sale to Alpine Group

K3 Law has advised the shareholders of Channel Fire on the sale of the business to Alpine Group, a leading provider of specialist fire suppression solutions operating across high-risk and technically demanding environments.

Founded in 2015 and based in Kent, Channel Fire has built a strong reputation for the design, installation and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinkler systems and gas suppression solutions. The business is recognised for delivering bespoke fire protection services where standard approaches are not always suitable, supported by an experienced engineering team and long-standing customer relationships.

The acquisition brings Channel Fire into the Alpine Group, strengthening the group’s capability within accredited fire suppression and detection services while expanding its reach across specialist and regulated sectors.

The transaction provides Channel Fire with access to the scale, resources and support of a larger group while enabling the business to continue delivering the high standards of service and technical expertise for which it is known.
