K3 Law advises SCS Technologies on sale to SCCI Group

K3 Law has advised the shareholders of SCS Technologies on the sale of the business to SCCI Group, marking a significant milestone in the company’s growth journey and creating an enhanced platform for future expansion.

Founded in 1991 and based in Warrington, SCS Technologies is a specialist provider of turnkey communications solutions, serving clients across commercial sectors with expertise spanning television distribution, digital signage, satellite communications and hospitality technology.

The acquisition brings SCS Technologies together with Airwave Europe, part of the SCCI Group, creating a combined offering that delivers end-to-end hospitality technology solutions across design, installation, connectivity, content management and long-term support.

The transaction provides SCS Technologies with access to additional resources, wider market reach and complementary technical capabilities, while strengthening the group’s position within the hospitality technology sector.

K3 Law advised the shareholders throughout the transaction, supporting them through the legal process from negotiation through to completion.
