K3 Law advises Testing Services on sale to PTSG

K3 Law has advised the shareholders of Testing Services (UK) on the sale of the business to Premier Technical Services Group (PTSG), strengthening PTSG’s electrical services division and creating a platform for continued growth.

Founded in 2003 by Jon Roberts, Testing Services has built a strong reputation for delivering electrical inspection and compliance services across the UK. The business also provides emergency lighting inspections, fire alarm and extinguisher works, and associated remedial services, supporting commercial and industrial clients through a highly skilled team of engineers and technical specialists.

Over more than two decades, Testing Services has established itself as a trusted provider within a highly regulated market, recognised for its technical expertise, customer service and long-standing client relationships.

The acquisition by PTSG brings Testing Services into one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist compliance services. The transaction strengthens PTSG’s established electrical services offering while providing Testing Services with access to additional resources, operational support and opportunities for future expansion.

Commenting on the transaction, founder Jon Roberts said:
