Acting as legal advisers on the deal, Poppy Ball provided legal support to the incumbent Managing Director and the Founder throughout the due diligence phase, working alongside M&A lead advisers K3 Deal Advisory (Mughees Saleem and George Dalton) and tax advisers K3 Tax (Holly Bedford) to deliver a coordinated and efficient transaction process.

The deal, a PE-backed MBO, saw the founding shareholders realise the value of their shareholding, with a structured exit timeline agreed alongside the incoming sector-specialist Private Equity investor. K3 Law’s role was central to navigating the legal complexity of the transaction, ensuring clean ownership transfer and protecting the interests of the client throughout.
