Khurshid is a highly experienced corporate lawyer who has built his career advising owner-managers, entrepreneurs, private and public companies, private equity funds and family offices, both in the UK and internationally. His work spans the full lifecycle of corporate transactions, including business sales, acquisitions and investments, where his pragmatic and commercially focused approach helps clients achieve successful outcomes.
